Construction Plaza:


In 2000, China’s total interior decoration project amount was USD$25 billion. This figure rose to USD$75 billion in 2005, and is expected to rise substantially in coming years as demand for its products continues to increase and expand exponentially in the global marketplace. It is envisaged China's accession to the WTO will create enormous potential for the growth of new business opportunities. The key to this expansion in the home constructive materials market lies with the Tianjian Group’s Guangdong Tianjian Freight Transportation Trade Plaza – a never-ending home fair for construction supplies – that showcases Chinese products and services to a global audience.

With the successful bid for the 2008 Olympic Games and the accession into WTO, China is positioned for unprecedented prosperity in the home constructive materials market.

Based in Guangdong, China the plaza covers an impressive 380,000sqm, with a 50,000sqm comprehensive home-style sales and display plaza.

The plaza, which manages and wholesales almost every construction supply product possible, operates all essential commercial functions including sales, exhibition, stock, goods distribution, marketing, e-commerce and business services. The plaza is a global one-stop trade show for exhibition and procurement. Its scale, design, constructional quality and management are in line with the international best practice standards.

Recently – coordinating with the development of international business – the plaza has set up branches in Japan, North America, Australia, Hong Kong and Macau.

Within the plaza, there are over 2000 booths or display centres. The parking lot provides parking room for 1000 cargo vehicles, and there is accommodation on site to cater for up to 1200 guests.

Modern logistics centre:
A nationwide, practical distribution network has been established with branches covering the major cities in China. The aim of this network is to collaborate with renowned third party logistics companies to transport goods to destinations through modern technologies and equipment. E-commerce is highlighted and the nationwide freight information centre and the constructive and decorative materials information centre have been set up to help enterprises to expand their intangible trade through the use of the Internet.

To boost its global presence, Tianjian Plaza established Europe Tianjian (England), Europe Tianjian (Germany), Tianjian America and Tianjian Asia (Hong Kong). The aim of these new companies is to boost supplier numbers throughout Europe, the US and Asia. Tianjian Plaza is planning to establish purchasing centres in Taiwan, the US and Europe within two years. Another logistics centre is being designed and will be located in Beijing. These centres play an important role in constructing an international sales network, acquiring the most up-to-date information, and matching the implementation of the multinationals’ operational schemes.

Tianjian Plaza also boasts a powerful overseas’ product supply and demand network sourced from the large domestic real estate developers, constructional material suppliers and supermarket dealers and distributors. The aim of this network is to introduce international commodities into China and to promote domestic products at an international level in an interactive exchange platform.
