In February 2008, Tianjian Asia Industries Limited was registered by the Tianjian Group with the Hong Kong Investment and Securities Commission as a Proprietary Company limited by shares. Tianjian Asia Industries Ltd was formed in 2007 by the managing director of the Tianjian Group with a group of Australian and Chinese businessmen, each with experience in international sourcing, management consulting and supply chains. The Managing Director of the Tianjian Group is also the Chairman of Tianjian Asia Industries. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Tianjian Asia Industries Ltd has quickly grown to include facilities in Hong Kong, China and Australia.

Tianjian Asia Industries Ltd is not a trading company. It is a Tianjian Group sourcing and management company. What this means for the client is an elimination of the layers of mark-up costs associated with brokerage companies.

Staff consists of engineers, inspectors, managers and marketing personnel who constantly seek new and better manufacturing and fabrication techniques.

Tianjian Asia Industries Ltd provides clients with global component and product sourcing as well as programs for supply chain management, warehousing, inspection, quality assurance and JIT delivery.

Tianjian Group has a direct management and financial interest in Xinhui Luokeng Power Line Equipment And Fitting Plant CO., Ltd (the “Xinhui Luokeng Plant”). The “ Xinhui Luokeng Plant” forms part of the greater Tianjian Group of companies and investments. Tianjian Asia Industries operates under the direct auspice of Tianjian Group and represents the Xinhui Luokeng plant for the acquisition and engagement of business from the Asia Pacific region
