The Jiangmen Xinhui LuoKeng Power Line Equipment and Fitting Plant was established in 1997. The plant is located in the Xinhui District of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. The plant specialises in producing:

• power transmission towers;
• microwave communication towers; and
• various communication equipment and low-voltage power transmission lines annexure.

The plant has increasingly grown to accommodate the supply chain. It now covers an area of 80,000sqm with 11,000sqm dedicated to workshops (zinc plating and welding workshops and semi-and fully automated fabrication sections). The plant has over 2000sqm of administration and testing facilities and a finished product warehouse that covers another 2500sqm. The plant currently has an annual output of around 50,000 tons. 

Experience:
The company’s experience regarding transmission tower fabrication includes over 100 projects with more than 37 clients. The plant has recently been seconded by other manufacturers and the Government of China to help with the major infrastructure challenges caused by recent snow storms in Northern China (2008).

• License for pollution discharge
