Identification of quality of 500KV Taixiang Line West 1 West 2 West 3 East 1 Tower
The whole line of Taishan power factory to Xiangshan project is 103.5 kilometers; the West 1 West 2 West 3 East 1 Tower project of 60.408 kilometers is produced by XinHui LuoKeng Power Line Equipment and Fitting Plant CO., LTD.
As a key-point project in Guangdong province the quality and length of the Taishan 180MW power factory project is being closely tracked.
XinHui LuoKeng Power Line Equipment and Fitting Plant CO., LTD insist on using the best steel from the key- point factories of China, the machines and the production procedures are advanced, in orderly management and the steel is of the best quality. The capacity of the production can fully qualify the telecom project. The inspection of the completed work on the 500KV Taishan Power factory to Xiangshan project on the 25.12.2005 passed 100%. This proved that the size of the factory is correct and the specification of the materials fully fits the design. The quality of the galvanizing matches Chinas standard; and the packing, bolts and nuts are correctly fitted. The installation, delivery time and quality of the towers are correct to the working terms; high praise is given to the service received after sale.

Shaoguan 220KV Pingshi B factory to Ruyuan Qujiang line project
Identification of tower quality
220KV Pingshi B power factory –ruyuan—qujiang power transmission line project is a key-point of Shaoguan power construction. The whole line is 105.742 kms. All together there are three parts, 265 towers worked by Hunan xiangxiang power company, Gansu power Transmission Company, Guangdong province power.
The towers are provided by XinHui LuoKeng Power Line Equipment and Fitting Plant CO., LTD.
After inspected by the working teams, the contract company gave the following comments:
The finished project work 100% passed the standard; the tower size of the factory is correct and the specification of the materials fully fits the design. The steel used is the best available from the key-point factories of China and advanced machines and productions procedures are used. The quality of the galvanizing matches Chinas standard; and the packing, bolts and nuts are correctly fitted. Good service was always provided.
Once inspection was completed by the working teams, inspector and Contract Company, we conclude, in summary the project is in accordance with the national standard. We give high praise for the good service and quality and on time deliveries.
